Description:

Administrative Supervisor - Nursing Supervisor Department at Swedish Issaquah

The Administrative Supervisor will oversee the medical center operations on shift of responsibility to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in accordance with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school

  • Applicants without a BSN degree must actively pursue and attain a BSN within five years of hire

  • Registered Nurses employed by Swedish prior to December 1, 2012 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree, but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment

  • 5 years clinical experience

  • 2 years experience in a leadership role

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers required at time of hire from American Heart Association (AHA) or Military Training Network (MTN)

  • Issaquah specific requirement:

  • ACLS required within 2 months of hire

Preferred qualification:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
