Clinical Program Coordinator RN at Swedish Medical Center- Cherry Hill Campus

The ECMO Coordinator works in conjunction with CVICU Nurse Management, ECMO medical director, and CVICU medical director to provide clinical oversight and general overall program coordination at Swedish Cherry Hill. They foster an environment of learning, open communication, research and team collaboration for the CVICU unit and ECMO program. The ECMO coordinator develops, provides and manages initial and ongoing education for ECMO Specialists and RNs.

Required qualifications:

• Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.

• Bachelor's Degree Or higher within 3 years of hire or RNs employed prior to 2/1/17 are encouraged to obtain a bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Nursing, but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment.

• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

• Two (2) years Acute critical care experience working with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency locate at that facility.

• One (1) year ECMO Experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing upon hire
