Senior Patient Care Coordinator - Neurology Clinic at Swedish Medical Group
The Senior Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients in a surgical and/or non-surgical setting. They will serve as a mentor and resource to Patient Care Coordinators by providing support, guidance and training as needed.
- Two (2) years of experience in healthcare setting with increased responsibilities - or- one (1) year experience in Patient Care Coordinator type role
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
