Starbucks Barista, Lead Swedish Cherry Hill (FULL-TIME / VARIABLE)
This job contributes toward creating the Starbucks Experience for our customers by assisting the store supervisor in executing store operations, ensuring quality customer service, and delegating tasks. Ensures that customers receive prompt service, quality beverages and products, and a clean and comfortable store environment. Performs daily floor cleaning and environmental upkeep of store and backroom, and unloads Starbucks product weekly. Monitors employee development and provides feedback to store supervisor. Assists store supervisor with additional store functions as needed. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks and Swedish guiding principles. Does not hire, terminate, discipline, promote, demote, transfer or appraise performance.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
One (1) year food service experience
Current State of Washington Food and Beverage Service Worker’s Permit
Preferred qualification:
- Previous coffee/food service and cashing experience in a direct customer environment
