Starbucks Supervisor Swedish First Hill (FULL-TIME / VARIABLE)

The Starbucks Supervisor is responsible for creating the Starbucks Experience for customers by assisting the Manager in executing store operations, ensuring quality customer service, and delegating tasks.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

• Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a college or technical school

• Current State of Washington Food and Beverage Service Worker’s Permit required.

• Minimum of one (1) year food service experience required.

• 2 years previous supervisory experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Food Safety or HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) training.

The 697-bed tertiary-care center on the Swedish/First Hill campus is the flagship of the Swedish health-care system.
